Atlantis is an AI-powered financial research tool that provides stock analysis, valuations, earnings analysis, and other financial insights. The Service uses artificial intelligence and third-party data sources to generate analysis based on user queries.

The analysis and information provided by Atlantis is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. You should not make any investment decisions based solely on the output of this Service. Always consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.

4. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

5. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. New accounts receive an initial allocation of free credits. Additional credits can be purchased through the Service.

All credit purchases are processed by Stripe and are final. Credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Credits do not expire.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect previously purchased credits.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without our permission
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the analysis output without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Impersonate any person or entity

7. Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date analysis, the Service relies on third-party data sources and AI models that may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided.

AI-generated analysis may contain errors or hallucinations. Financial data may be delayed or incomplete. You should independently verify any information before relying on it for financial decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Atlantis and protected by intellectual property laws. Analysis output generated for your queries is provided for your personal use. You may share individual analyses via the sharing feature, but systematic reproduction or commercial redistribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlantis and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@askatlantis.com. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited unless a refund is required by applicable law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
